The sun is finally out (intermittent though it is) – so here’s more on gorgeous summer legs!  woman feet

Orange peel skin on our thighs and bottoms can be put down to connective tissue weakness. There are lots of products out there that claim to fight the dreaded peal and some can to a certain extent. (Email to find out my recommendation). But the real trick is exercise and plenty of it! All those celebrities we drool over have one thing in common – they work hard for to keep cellulite free and their gorgeous shape. Those ladies make their living from how they look so taking care of their bodies is part of their daily routine, no matter how tired they are or how lazy they might feel! For the summer legs you are dreaming of, get exercising…

Tips:
– get up and walking around as often as possible

–  climb the stairs instead of taking the lift

– do more sport – cycling, walking, jogging and swimming are all ideal sports for this time of year as you are continually active out in the fresh air.

– sort out your circulation with vitamins and minerals like Lecithin (helps to break up fat), a vitamin B complex (for the metabolism of fat and cholesterol)and vitamin C with bioflavanoids (a good antioxidant). In fact a multi mineral multi vitamin is great for providing a nutrient balance. (Email for information on the best supplements out there)).

Summer pins – the woes and the wows! Tip for the day

woman feet Yes it has been poring with rain but so we’re ready when the sun does come it to play, ‘Ladies we’ve got to attend to the legs and toes that have been buried under our woollies!’  (At least that’s relates to English readers and for those who are reading from distant shores, these handy tips will still be useful).

Although we tend to forget about our legs and feet in winter, whether yours look good or not often depends on how well you have looked after them during the cooler seasons. Oops! Typical problems are orange peel skin, stubbly legs, hard, dry skin and rough knees and heels.

So, since the rain IS going to  go away, there’s no better time to start a regular foot and leg skin care programme than now! Only well-groomed, smooth, hair-free legs look sexy (on show or not). Fact. So, tips to achieve this will follow in the next few days…

Tip: Take a Cold Shower
Yes, you heard right… Shower your legs with cold water for two to three minutes regularly. This will cause your blood vessels to contract and will stimulate circulation. Another tip is to alternately shower with hot and cold water. Better circulation = naturally glowing healthy pins.
