Reflection Latina types

You have skin tones ranging from dark beige to olive or you are very tanned skin. Your hair and eye colour ranges from hazel to chocolate. You are brunette!

Make up colours in warm earth tones suit brunettes particularly well. You are especially suited to eye colours in brown, gold, copper and olive.

On your lips, try luscious peach tones or shimmering caramel. If you want to glam it up a yellow-toned red shows off your mouth perfectly.

For your cheeks, a true bronzer brings out the golden undertones of your skin type. A coral-coloured blush, (favourite to Hollywood star Eva Longoria) looks great for the summer.

blonde Blondes

Pay particular attention to the undertone of your complexion: if it is more of a blue tint, cool colours will work for you but if it is more of a yellow tone, warm tones are best.

For daytime, champagne, beige, gold, and pastel tones look good on your eyes. In the evening, purple and aubergine work well. If you want some sparkle then silver works brilliantly.

Your lips look great with colours that bring out your natural lip colour, such as pink or berry tones. Or if you want to make a big impression go for it with a sophisticated classic red or a diva style black cherry effect.

Pink and apricot blush suits all blondes.

Summer pins – don’t neglect your feet!

woman feet toes

There is no point having gorgeous summer legs if your feet look dry, cracked and unkept!

A warm footbath, together with additional skin care and exfoliation are a great way to be good to yourself at the end of a long day. After your soak, your skin will be soft and it’ll be easier to remove hard skin on the heels, toes and balls of the foot with a pumice stone. You can also get help on this one and treat yourself to a pedicure at a salon!

Then rub in a light skin oil, such as a foot balm.

Then to the toe nails – always cut them straight across so that they don’t grow back into the corners of your feet (in growing toe nails). Now it’s time for a splash of colour. I love colour. Apply a nail varnish which complements your wardrobe, uses the season’s colours or one that suits your mood.

Don’t say you don’t have time. Cummon ladies, remember how good you feel when you attend to a little bit of detail – look and feel good and you feel like you can go out there and conquer the world.

Let me know your thoughts, Cyberspace people! I’d love to create a modern woman’s community to go along with my up and coming website.
